Leadership

Noble Carpenter is the Founder and Managing Member of CREA. A seasoned real estate executive and board member, Noble brings more than three decades of experience across investment management, capital formation, portfolio strategy, and capital markets advisory. He has held senior leadership roles at firms including JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, LaSalle Investment Management, and Banyan Street Capital, where he led large-scale platforms, advised institutional and global investors, and oversaw billions in transaction volume.

Throughout his career, Noble has worked closely with family offices, international investors, and institutional capital partners, guiding complex portfolio decisions, liquidity events, recapitalizations, and growth strategies. His experience spans property types, capital structures, and market cycles — including leadership during the Global Financial Crisis. He has also served on public and private boards, including audit, compensation and governance committees, bringing disciplined oversight and fiduciary perspective to CREA’s advisory work.

Noble holds a master’s degree in Finance and Management Policy from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a B.A. from Colby College.
